Getting Started with evohoki on Mobile
We at evohoki provide three ways to access our platform on a mobile device: native Android APK, iOS browser app, or web-responsive portal. Choose the method that suits your device and preference.
Download and Install evohoki
Android users: download the APK from our secure link. iOS users: tap the web-app icon in Safari to add evohoki to your home screen. Web users: visit evohoki.im in any mobile browser.
Android APK Installation
Our native Android app for evohoki is available as an APK file. To install, open Settings → Security, enable "Unknown sources" (or "Install from unknown sources" on older Android versions), then download the APK from your evohoki account page or a direct link we provide. Once downloaded, tap the file and follow the on-screen prompts. Installation takes under subject to verification. After installation, log in with your evohoki username and password.
The Android app on evohoki supports push notifications for odds updates, settlement alerts, and withdrawal confirmations. You can also store your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet) securely in the app, so deposits are faster on repeat visits.
iOS Browser and Web Access
iOS does not permit native gaming apps in most regions, so we at evohoki offer full browser access via Safari or Chrome. The evohoki mobile site is optimized for touch, portrait and landscape modes, and all features (sportsbook, live dealers, slots) work through the browser. You can also add evohoki to your iOS home screen as a web app: in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, then tap "Add". This creates an icon that launches evohoki in full-screen mode, mimicking a native app experience.
Browser-based evohoki users on iOS receive notifications through the browser (if you enable browser notifications in Settings). Account login, deposits via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and withdrawals to e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment work identically to the Android app.

App versus Browser: Features and Performance
We at evohoki optimize both the native Android app and the iOS browser interface for speed and convenience. The Android app stores odds and match schedules in local cache, so you can view upcoming Liga 1 and Piala AFF fixtures without internet — useful if you are traveling or experience connection drops. Push notifications on the Android app alert you instantly to goal alerts, odds swings, and withdrawal confirmations, whereas browser users rely on in-browser notifications (available on supported browsers). The app also integrates your saved payment methods (mobile banking, local payment, online payment) more tightly, so deposits autofill your account details.
The browser version on iOS and web users enjoy the same game catalog, live-dealer tables, and sportsbook markets as Android. Browser access is faster to update — we roll out new features through server changes, not app store reviews. Both paths support withdrawal to e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. Load times are comparable on a stable 4G connection. Choose the app if you value offline browsing and notifications; choose the browser if you prefer simplicity or if your device is iOS.
Device Compatibility
We at evohoki support Android 7 and above (released 2016) and iOS 12 and above (released 2018). Most current phones meet these minimums. If your Android device is older than Android 7, you can still access evohoki through a mobile browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) by visiting evohoki.im. iOS users on iOS 11 or below should upgrade their operating system or use a web browser instead of the home-screen app. If you experience crashes or slow performance, check that your device has at least 100 MB of free storage and that you have closed other large apps.
Troubleshooting Common Install Issues
If the Android APK fails to download, check that you have enabled "Unknown sources" in Settings → Security. On some Samsung devices, go to Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps, and allow Chrome (or your browser) to install APKs. If the app crashes on launch, uninstall it, clear your device cache (Settings → Apps → evohoki → Storage → Clear Cache), and reinstall. If you see "Certificate not trusted" when downloading, this is a browser security warning — confirm you are on a secure connection (https://evohoki.im) and that your device date and time are correct. For iOS, if the home-screen web app doesn't load, close Safari completely and reopen it, or delete the home-screen icon and re-add it. If you still see login errors after reinstalling, contact our support team and provide your device model and OS version.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
We at evohoki request the following permissions on Android: storage (to cache match data and settings), internet (to connect to our servers), and camera (for identity verification uploads). We do not access your contacts, call history, or SMS messages. When you log into evohoki, your username and password are transmitted over a secure HTTPS connection and are never stored on your device — only a session token is cached. Your saved e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment details are encrypted locally and transmitted securely to our payment processor only when you initiate a deposit. Each deposit and withdrawal is logged in your account history, which you can review at any time.
We conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification using your national ID (KTP, passport, or equivalent) and a selfie. This photo is stored securely on our servers and is used only for identity verification. You can request deletion of your identity photos by contacting support. Your account is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA) via email or SMS. Enable 2FA in your account settings after registration to add an extra security layer. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
